Today I'm going to teach you the C Sharp Minor Harmonic scale. The includes the notes C sharp, D sharp, E, F sharp, G sharp, A, C, and back to C sharp. Now lets take a look at the fingering of the scale.
The right hand uses the second finger to hit the C sharp. When your third finger hits the D sharp, bring your thumb under to hit the E. Bring the thumb under the third finger again to hit the A and finish the scale with the third finger on the C sharp. Coming down is the exact opposite.
The left hand starts with the third finger on the C sharp. From there work your way up until the thumb lands on the E. Cross the fourth finger over and continue until your thumb hits the C. To finish the climb, cross your second finger over to the C sharp. Reverse the process to come back down the scale.
